Cancellation Policy

By reserving our Mobile Taproom services, you agree to the following terms: Full payment is due at time of booking. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused beverage quantities, weather disruptions, or dissatisfaction related to intoxication. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled event may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.. Severe weather postponements may be reviewed case-by-case with reasonable effort to reschedule. Age & Alcohol Service Alcohol is served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or underage. Liability & Assumption of Risk Alcohol consumption carries inherent risks. The Client accepts responsibility for their event and guests and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 1878 & Company Brewing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from alcohol-related incidents. Client Responsibilities The Client is responsible for guest conduct, transportation arrangements, and securing any required venue permissions, permits, or insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for damage to trailers, tap equipment, or branding materials during the rental period. A security deposit may be required for certain events. Photography & Privacy Events may be photographed for promotional use unless declined in writing before the event. Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and invoicing purposes.
